All Guild Show

Delighted to have “Golden Breezes” pastel, framed 22″ x 17.5″ part of the Art Gallery of Burlington All Guild show, Aug 23 to Sept 7, 2025. Opening Reception is Sunday Aug 24, 1-3pm, 1333 Lakeshore Road, Burlington, Ontario.

The ALL GUILDS SHOW showcases the artists who make and learn at the AGB including the Burlington Fine Arts Association, Burlington Handweavers and Spinners Guild, Latow Photographers Guild, Burlington Potters Guild, Burlington Rug Hooking Craft Guild, and Burlington Sculptors and Carvers.  

This 50th Anniversary exhibition celebrates the invaluable contributions the Burlington guilds have made to their communities by nurturing creativity, preserving artistic traditions, and fostering lifelong learning.

Art in the Garden

Enjoy a stroll in the picturesque neighbourhood of old Oakville Saturday Sept 6 and discover original art from 70 artists across 35 garden locations. I am joining this free, non-commercial (no-sales) event is a celebration of this creative community – a gift from artists to bring joy to your day. Harmony An Exhibition of Korean and Canadian Art and Culture Together

Honoured to participate in this year’s Together 2025 Exhibition “Harmony”. This third annual exhibition of Korean and Canadian artists will be held at the Queen Elizabeth Park Cultural Centre on 2302 Bridge Rd, Oakville, Ontario from June 28 to July 18th.

Opening Reception June 28, 1pm.

“Golden Breezes”, pastel is one of the paintings to be featured in this exhibition.

Purely Pastel

Was honoured to have Indian Summer on the “Humber River Trail” and “Walking on Sunshine” juried into the Pastel Artists Canada “Purely Pastel” national show. Thank you to jurors Kathy Dolan, MPAC-EP, SCA, NOAA​, Jessica Masters, MPAC​, Cathy Cullis PAC, MPAC, IAPS/MC,PSEC​. The pastel paintings were on display at Neilson Park Creative Centre from May 27 to June 14 and can be seen online on the Pastel Artists Canada website by clicking here.

Dundas Valley School of Art Auction

The Dundas Valley School of Art’s Annual Art Auction is one of the Hamilton/Burlington region’s largest art auctions featuring over 1,400 original works in a range of mediums – paintings, pastels, drawings, prints, photography, sculpture, pottery, glass, fibre art, jewellery and more. This one-of-a-kind online and in-person event offers opportunity to purchase original, high-quality and affordable pieces by art world. Our 54th edition of the Annual Art Auction is scheduled for March 31 – April 6, 2025. The Live Auction Night is Friday, April 4. My two submissions, pastels, Golden Hour (framed 26″ x 22.5) and Kings Road Colours (framed 12″ x 17″) are shown left.

Degas Pastel Society 20th Biennial National Exhibition

Honoured to have pastels “Summer Reflections” and “Fishing by Moonlight” juried into the Degas Pastel Society’s 20th Biennial National Exhibition. I was also delighted to learn that “Summer Reflections” won and Award of Merit. Thank you to juror Lyn Asselta and congratulations to my fellow artists. To see the entire show click here. Pastel Society of Eastern Canada Pixel Pastel 2024 The International Online Art Exhibition

Honoured to have “Bona Vista Blue Skies” juried into the Pastel Society of Eastern Canada International Online Art Exhibition, “Pixel Pastel 2024”. Thank you to jurors Susan Story and Taimeng Lim and congratulations to my fellow artists.
